Gene Warhurst
Gene Warhurst is an Alabama-based attorney who began his professional career in 1988 as a property and auto claims adjuster for Hartford Insurance. He mastered the art of claims management through the research, examination, and negotiation of tens of thousands of insurance claims. Gene's extensive knowledge and attainment of eight postgraduate national insurance designations, including the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU), enabled him to advance to Senior Property, Car Accident, and Personal Injury Claims Manager in charge of claims adjusters handling hurricane, fire, business, and injury claims. Then, while continuing to work as an Insurance Claims Manager, Gene attended law school concurrently. He obtained his law degree, passed the bar exam, and began representing clients with insurance claims in 1995.
Today, Gene represents clients with insurance claims for their property damage claims, such as home insurance claims, commercial property insurance claims, fire insurance claims, and hurricane claims, as well as personal injury claims arising from automobile accidents, motorcycle accidents, trucking accidents, and wrongful death claims. There is no charge for an initial session whether you require legal representation for your injury claim, insurance claim, property claim, or vehicle accident claim or if you are a public adjuster or policyholder seeking legal advice and direction on a claim. Before becoming an insurance adjuster, Gene served as an officer in the United States Army.
